Escaping the fog

It has been foggy down here for the longest time. I couldn't stand it anymore, I had to see some sun! Here's our backyard under the fog. The tree have frost all over them and it is cold.

On the way up it gets even darker as we enter the fog.

Finally above the fog. I feel like I can breath again with the sun. Only 15 minutes away from our house up at La Tourne above the fog.

Alicia all bundled up on our walk.

Brandon running in the snow. (Maeva is in the background having trouble keeping up with Brandon running everywhere).
Snow, what fun!
Daddy and Alicia. Notice the clear blue sky. Not a cloud to be seen.

You are so lucky to have such nice clean snow. It is all dreary and dirty here. Does Brandon sled or ski down the hills too? Brandon is such a quick runner that it is hard to imagine any of his friends keeping up with him!
I love the photo of the mountains above the fog.
The air looks like it is crisp to breathe in above the sparkling snow.

LOoks as if there is a good snow base for cross country skiing.

Have you thought of getting teaching Brandon ski de fond?

I've thought of starting cross contry skiing with Brandon. But I'm not sure whether it would move fast enough for him. We rented down hill skis for the season the other day. He went yesterday and thought it was great fun. If it stops snowing I will take him again today.
