This weekend we celebrated Brandon's birthday at McDonald's with his friends.
They played different games like trying to see who could build the tallest castle with cups,
and pass the parcel
Ate hamburgers and fries.
And had a chocolate birthday cake.
Here's the group picture. We thought this was the easiest birthday yet. Hardly anything to organise and especially nothing to clean up afterwards.

Was pass the parcel a game that you thought up, or do they actually play that in Switzerland? Those are some great candid shots of Alicia Laughing.
What chocolate cake?
Who is the other woman in the photo at the end of the table? Did McDonald's suggest the stack the cup game? It's a good idea. Is it a new thing in Neuch to have a party at McDonald's? I think you had one there.
Doesn't the cake look like a chocolat cake? The lady is the animator from McDonald's. The pass the parcel game was their idea and parcels that were passed were the presents the kids brought for Brandon. The cup game was also their idea. In fact Hervé and I didn't do much at Brandon's birthday, just sat and watched the animator look after the kids (it was a nice change. I remember having my birthday at McDonald's, but I don't remember what we did. Brandon has been to 3 other parties at McDonald's. Mostly Americain families. The Swiss don't usually like McDonald's.
