Green grass? Palm tree? I had no idea you were moving to the tropics. :) The house looks great, and those are spectacular photos of the alps.
It looks like a new swing set. Good pictures. I can't even see the gardener's shed behind. The first photo enlarges really beautifully.
The swing set came with the house. It doesn't look or feel like the tropics here anymore. It's cold, foggy and snowy!
Snow in Switzerland is not all that unusual.
The weather forecast overnight tonight is for the possibility of "Ocean effect" snow tomorrow morning (the first and only time we will have seen snow in New Smyrna Beach in 25 years, if it actually happens).
By the way, I notice that crude oil is nearly 25% more expensive in Europe than in the USA. Usually, crude is cheaper in Europe. I assume that there must be a great demand for heating oil with the cold temperatures being experienced throughout Europe - when combined with the lack of natural gas from Russia.
You have a great view of the mountains. I don't know what Mom was talking about. I'm envious of the weather too. We're buried in snow and cold. The house looks very nice.
Daryl and I think your view is really nice. I would be happy to look at that sight out of my kitchen window each day.
