We just got back from a one week holiday in Egypt.

The weather was really warm and the hotel was really nice.

It had a playground for the kids to play in.

It had a nice long beach. Great for walking on

and building sand castles.

It had a coral reef right in front of it. Although the coral wasn't in great shape, there were tons of fish to see.

We were out everyday to spot new fish.

There were lots of Russian tourists there. I didn't find them to be very friendly and they seemed to think they should be served before everyone else.

Never a cloud in the sky.

Alicia prefered jumping in the heated pool.

Although she clung to me the first day in the pool, by the end of the week she wanted to do everything by herself.

The cleaning guy was very friendly and was very good at decorating our bed everyday with a different animal.

Looks like it was a great trip! I take it Alicia's intensive swimming lessons went well.
When we were in the same area, we had a huge dust storm off the Sahara that turned the sky red. Is that what we are looking at in the picture of the red sky and the sun?
I recall that the land temperature was over 40 C while the water temperature was cool. Same temperature difference for you?
Dad
It looks as if you got a new camera. Good action shots. What kind did you get?
Alicia looks as if she has really grown. I'm worried that the clothes I sent for her birthday are too small.
Brandon looks as if he will be taller than you soon.
There was a lot of wind the first couple of days but no sand storm. That's just a picture of the sunset.
The air was in the high 20's - 30's and the water was in the low 20's.
Alicia was able to wear all the clothes you sent over in Egypt. They fit her just perfectly now.
I sure hope Brandon will be taller than me. Otherwise he will be a very short boy!
