Alicia wasn't able to stay awake untill midnight. So we partied a bit the next morning with her.

Happy New Year! Looks like it was a fun evening. We had a quiet night at home last night. We were supposed to go out, but Ella caught my cold. I made Chateaubriand for our New Year's Eve dinner.
Like Alicia, I couldn't stay up until midnight either. We went out for dinner with a large group from the Castle Reef. I was so cold during dinner because of the air conditioning that I went to bed early wearing a track suit so that I could get warm. Outside, I could hear lots of fireworks.
You were really ambitious having Christmas and New Year's dinner as well as making ice cream.

I used to have sparkly stockings like that. They were gold.
we even had the Raaflaubs over on the 30th for dinner as well. I'm all partied out now after partying on the 25, 27th, 30th and 31st. Back to work now.
